ALTURA Legal Advisory was started by a lawyer who saw a need to fill the gap that exists for business owners and individuals who are:

All work that that ALTURA undertakes is carried out and provided by an experienced lawyer who was a partner with the world’s largest law firm, has been recognized by Best Lawyer as a leader in the profession, and has worked as in-house legal counsel for a complex organization with a variety of business operations.

WORK
ALTURA Legal Advisory provides legal as well as business advisory, consulting and service to entrepreneurs, business owners, start-ups and progressive thinking individuals. ALTURA works for clients who seek solutions, not more questions. Our focus is providing value and timely service without aggravating delay or uncertainty.
ALTURA offers a Suite of Services (“SoS”) that are captured in a monthly subscription fee which provides a fixed amount of hours of legal advice and consulting per month. Any SoS provided beyond the fixed amount of hours in any given month are charged out on an hourly basis at reasonable rates.
Our SoS are value-added. You receive the benefit of “on call”, readily accessible legal advice and consultation that is effectively your own personal “in-house” legal counsel.
Service is provided promptly and directly. Access is by cellphone or email. No leaving messages with an assistant or waiting an inordinately long time for a response. We come to you on your schedule. There is no need to set aside time to travel and meet with your lawyer.
